Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Saturday are handed off the same day. Standard delivery via USPS Priority (2–3 business days) or UPS Ground.

Cold-chain packaging

Temperature-sensitive peptides ship in insulated boxes with ice packs and a temperature indicator. Overnight shipping is recommended for lyophilised peptides in summer.

Local pickup

Verified Central Florida researchers may schedule pickup at our Kirkman Road facility via WhatsApp or email.

International

We ship globally where regulations permit. Customs fees, duties and country-specific import compliance are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

Because peptides are lot-controlled research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced free of charge — report within 48 hours of delivery.
